Sofia. The French financial group BNP Paribas will buy the Polish subsidiary of the the Dutch Rabobank, Reuters reports, cited by Capital Daily. The French will pay € 1 billion for 98.5% of Bank BGZ’s shares. Rabobank, which is the biggest Dutch retail bank, looks for options to stabilise its capital positions.
