Syria opposition open key talks in Istanbul
Istanbul. Syria's main opposition National Coalition opened a fresh round of talks in Istanbul Thursday, where dissidents will discuss a US-Russian proposal to bring rebels and regime officials to the negotiating table, AFP reported.
