Citizens in Bulgaria’s Plovdiv gather on latest protest this morning
Plovdiv. Tens of citizens of Bulgaria’s second biggest city of Plovdiv have gathered in front of the building of the district administration to express their discontent with the appointment of Ventsislav Kaymakanov for District Governor of Plovdiv, Radio FOCUS – Plovdiv reported.
