Far East quake felt in Moscow, tsunami warning lifted
Moscow. A massive earthquake Friday deep under the sea in Russia's Far East was felt in cities including Moscow but emergency services called off a tsunami warning issued for the Pacific Sakhalin region, AFP reported.
