Bulgaria declares Code Yellow over strong wind
Sofia. Code Yellow is declared in twenty-one districts in Bulgaria over dangerous meteorological phenomena, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology with the Bulgarian Academy of Science announced. The reason for the warning code is the strong wind expected.
