Sofia. “Bulgarian energy sector practically finds itself in a state of collapse and there is a need of an urgent re-balancing,” said Plamen Oresharski, MP with the Coalition for Bulgaria and believed to be Bulgaria’s next prime minister, speaking at at a meeting between the leadership of the Bulgarian Socialist Party and the Lider party [which did not enter the parliament after the general elections] at the parliament, FOCUS News Agency reporter informed.
