Jerzy Buzek greets Bulgaria ex-PM Borisov over elections victory
Sofia. Former President of the European Parliament (EP) and former Prime Minister of Poland, Jerzy Buzek, greeted Chairperson of the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB), Boyko Borisov, over his party’s victory at the early parliamentary elections in Bulgaria held on May 12, the press office of the CEDB announced.

Situation at Bulgaria-Turkey border normalised
Sofia. Situation at the Bulgarian-Turkish border has been normalised. According to information of the Bulgarian Border Police, a five-kilometre queue of freight trucks had formed at the exit of Bulgaria at the Kapitan Andreevo border checkpoint this morning. The queue at the Lesovo border checkpoint, on the other hand, was three kilometres long.
