Bulgaria President hands govt formation mandate to 2nd biggest political power
Sofia. Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev handed the mandate for the formation of the next Bulgarian government to the second biggest political power – Coalition for Bulgaria, FOCUS News Agency reporter informed.

No grounds to cancel Bulgaria’s elections: PM
