Sofia. The MPs in the Bulgarian parliament have voted down a proposal made by the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB) to include in the National Assembly’s program an amending bill to the State Agency for National Security (SANS) Act, FOCUS News Agency reported.
