On May 6 a Bulgarian military delegation was not allowed to enter Macedonia to lay flowers in a Bulgarian military cemetery restored in November. Despite the attempts to explain that this is the legislation in Macedonia, it is apparently hard to explain that “we have not notified Macedonia about the upcoming event.” It seems it is all about complex explanations, a case similar to the one on March 3 when major Blagoeva’s presentation on Bulgaria’s liberation angered some ISAF partners.
Or perhaps these are reciprocal actions on the part of Todor Petrov, chairman of the so-called World Macedonian Congress, whom Bulgaria did not allow to enter on the 95th death anniversary of Yane Sandanski close to Rozhen monastery.
