It is expected that the flu sick rate in Bulgaria will rise at the weekend, but the new figures will be announced on Monday, Angel Kunchev, head of the Department for Infectious Diseases Control in the Health Ministry, told FOCUS News Agency.
He says the number of people sick with flu is going up in almost all districts.
A team of the Military Medical Academy – two doctors, one laboratory assistant will head Monday for the regions in Ukraine where Bulgarians live to provide medical heath, protective suits and masks at the amount of BGN 300 thousand. The decision has been made by the government and the financial ministry has provided the funds.
