The total amount of funds negotiated under Operational Programme (OP) Fisheries as of 30 November 2013 is 94%, while the funds paid so far are 41%, it transpired from the 12th meeting of the Monitoring Committee of OP Fisheries (2007-2013), Duma daily reports. Bulgarian Deputy-Minister of Agriculture and Food Valentina Marinova stated that the Bulgarian government was doing its best to implement the programme successfully.
