Sofia. The Constitutional Court will rule whether Delyan Peevski will continue to be an MP in the 42nd National Assembly after the parliament cancelled his appointment to the post of State Agency for National Security Chairperson on Wednesday.

Neither is he an adviser of the prime minister, announced the press center of the Bulgarian government in relation with media reports and statements by various political leaders that Kalin Tiholov had been appointed as adviser of Prime Minister Plamen Oresharski.
