Sofia. Citizens required the discussion with the participant of citizen’s organisations on the new elections rules in the parliament to be postponed. In an open letter sent in response to the invitation of parliament deputy chair Maya Manolova, an informal group of citizens, organised in the social networks, proposed the discussion to be postponed until the first half of July.
