EC Spokesperson Marlene Holzner: Bulgarian energy market is not liberalised

In an interview with BNR on Sunday, European Commission (EC) Spokesperson Marlene Holzner points out that an analysis of the EC includes data on wholesale prices of natural gas within the EU and adds that the Bulgarian energy market is not liberalised as Bulgaria has only one energy supplier.
