Skopje. “It is time we sent an invoice to the public utilities and cleaned this manure [the monument to Serbian Tsar Stefan Dusan (1308 – 1355)] from the centre of Skopje,” Daim Hjuseini, representative of the Association for Albanian Culture commented on the raising of Tsar Dusan on the so-called “Bridge of Cililisations” in the Macedonian capital city Skopje, Alsat-M television reported.
