Levski defeat Ludogorets in decisive match
Sofia. Levski managed to win 1:0 against reigning champions Ludogorets in what might prove to be the deciding match in the Bulgarian football championship. The Blues got the win in the most dramatic of circumstances, scoring the winner in the third minute of stoppage time. Some 12,000 Levski fans, attending the match at the currently-under-reconstruction Georgi Asparuhov Stadium, went ecstatic after the final whistle.

Dozens hurt in US road accident: AFP
Washington. More than 50 people were injured when a car slammed into bystanders at a parade in the mountains of the US state of Virginia, US media reported as cited by AFP.

Pakistani politician shot dead: BBC
Islamabad. A senior female Pakistani politician has been shot dead in the southern port city of Karachi, BBC reports.
Zahra Shahid Hussain was the senior vice-president of Pakistan's Movement for Justice party (PTI), led by former international cricketer Imran Khan.
Her murder comes on the eve of a highly-contested partial re-run of the vote in the area following last Saturday's general election.
