Sofia. “[Let] my colleagues from the Reformist Bloc know it, [let] these so nice people from the Protesna Mrezha [English: Protest Network] know it: there may be no government after [the elections in] October, there may be a caretaker government,“ said Boyko Borisov, chairperson of the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB) and former premier, speaking in an interview with the Bulgarian National Television (BNT).
“Bulgaria will find itself in such a hard time of instability that we will have nothing to eat, [I am not talking about] building motorways, bridges and halls, we will have nothing to eat. This I want them all to know and stop dabbling in politics using trifles,“ Borisov remarked.

Sofia. ”Our goal in the energy field is creating energy efficiency,” said Boyko Borisov, chairperson of the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB) and former premier, speaking for the Bulgarian National Television (BNT).
”The production of one of the reactors at Kozloduy NPP currently covers losses of the power distribution grid and people’s buildings. We had better give people some EUR 5 billion to insulate their blocks, which will decrease the bills they pay by 30% to 40%. We will urbanise our towns. This is the CEDB’s programme in the energy sector,” Borisov commented.
When asked about the agreement inked with Westinghouse on the construction of a 7th unit at Kozloduy NPP, Borisov said the whole non-transparency of it made people guess and the [interim premier], Professor Georgi Bliznashki, had said it is was still impossible to understand what they [the previous cabinet] had inked.
