Borisov: Without Hemus motorway there is no chance for Varna, North Bulgaria

Varna. “Without Hemus motorway there will be no chance for Varna and North Bulgaria,” said Boyko Borisov, leader of the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB), speaking with journalists at the official inauguration of a new kindergarten in the coastal city of Varna.
“Yesterday I discussed the issue with President of the European Commission (EC) Jean-Claude Junker. There is a need to start building the motorway so as to access the big cities. It is good for the tourism, the business and the investments – it is good for everyone,” Borisov explained.
“We will do our best to save money for Lot 3 of Struma motorway. There is a need to get the environment impact assessment and I think that some BGN 600 million can be saved here. Big part of this money may be transferred for co-financing of Hemus motorway with the European solidarity because I want to remind that in order to make these kindergartens from the budget, we spend the money for asphalt,” Borisov added.

Varna. “The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) and the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) did not drink the bitter glass to the end. They deserted from responsibility. They escaped because they knew what state they left the country in, what will follow in the fall, and that is why they escaped,” said Boyko Borisov, leader of the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB), speaking at the 7th Forum of the CEDB Youths, held under the motto “It is our turn” in the Bulgarian coastal city of Varna, the press office of the party announced.
In Borisov’s words, it would be most suitable and best for the CEDB to remain in the opposition.
“With the power of the CEDB, the expert’s potential of the Reformist Bloc, and with the help of Germany and its foundations, we may pull Bulgaria out of the swamp,” Borisov remarked.

Varna. “Of the Reformist Bloc, nothing spoken but good, and I would rather prefer to stay silent,” said Boyko Borisov, leader of the Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (CEDB), speaking at the 7th Forum of the CEDB Youths, held under the motto “It is our turn” in the Bulgarian coastal city of Varna, Radio FOCUS – Varna reported.
Borisov added that despite all attacks, the Reformist Bloc remained the only party the CEDB could enter into a coalition for a possible new government after the elections.
“The bad thing is that such parties of the third gender love to criticise but offer nothing constructive,” Borisov remarked.
