Two Macedonian citizens, one of them a customs officer, have been detained in a major operation against a criminal group including hackers, who assisted in goods smuggling, FOCUS News Agency
reported. The investigation of Bulgaria’s General Directorate for the Fight against Organised Crime continues in other countries too, one of which is Macedonia, Rumyana Arnaudova, spokesperson of the Chief Prosecutor, said. The investigation started on a tip from Bulgarian Customs Agency in June 2015 and has led to the detention of 23 people so far, including three officers from the Customs Agency.
