The UK has two weeks to clarify what it is willing to pay as part of the financial settlement with the EU to be able to move onto the second phase of discussions on future relations, the EU's chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier confirmed on Friday (10 November) after talks with his British counterpart, David Davis. EU leaders will decide at their December summit if they trigger the next phase, EUOBSERVER reported.
