The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) wants early elections to provide a different, fairer policy for the country, Dora Yankova, MP for BSP from Smolyan, told Focus Radio
in connection with the group’s priorities for the next session of the Parliament. She said that BSP would present a vision for the country. “In this way we will be really prepared for a declared and categorical alternative, another type of policy. A policy that involves reducing inequality, an economic upturn, concerned for healthcare and the staff in it, a fairer distribution of financial resources, and education. These are leading policies,” Yankova said.
She added that the three options for new regional division of the country proposed by the government were merely based on the number of people and BSP would propose another option focused on re-energising the regions.
