Bulgarian socialists to table no confidence motion against government over security

Sofia. We have made a decision to table a motion of no confidence over security - the government is unable to ensure citizens’ security. This was stated by Deputy Chair of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) Group Dragomir Stoynev during a press conference, Focus News Agency reports.
“Today, at a joint meeting of the BSP Executive Bureau and the leadership of BSP’s Group, we made a decision to put forward a no confidence vote against Boyko Borissov’s government over its security policy. Hardly anyone in Bulgarian society will be surprised by such a vote,” Stoynev said. “What has been happening, not only recently but for months, has crossed the line. People do not feel safe in their own country,” he commented. The socialists will table the no confidence motion on their own, Stoynev also said.
