The Parliament has adopted final amendments to the Black Sea Coast Development Act, a Focus News Agency
reporter said. The amendments introduce a legal possibility to set up temporary sites for tents, campers and caravans outside sea beaches and official camping sites. Until now there have been no regulations on this. The bill mover, VMRO MP Iskren Veselinov, said an ordinance with rules for the designation of places and the regulation of fines is to be drafted. He explained that the sanctions would come into force one year after setting up the campsites.
The law also provides for the placement of non-commercial leisure and tourism facilities such as recreation areas, gazebos, shelters, benches, tables, information boards, fountains, wooden fences, grills and other non-construction facilities.
